Three large windows open on the first-floor precious balconies which reflexes the elegance and the luxury of the Historic Residence, and at the same it offers to the guests time a privileged location to observe the beauty of Lecce’s architecture, a pearl of baroque style in Puglia.
The important bed of the early '900 and the seats in precious fabrics make the environment elegant and welcoming. Both the comfortable sofa made in antique silk fabric and the folding table offer maximum comfort and functionality of the space in the room to the guests.
The characteristic bathroom has been designed for the maximum convenience for our guests, thanks to the spacious double cascade shower.
The grand cross-vault ceiling with its fine 18th century stucco decorations and the view of the old church of Le Alcantarine give our guests an unforgettable awakening.
This Church is one of the Baroque religious buildings of the city and it is the work of the famous architect Mauro Manieri, father of Emanuele who restructured, during the same period, the façade and interiors of Palazzo Guido.
